Former human resources healthcare executive, Cynda Walter, has spent over 16 years coaching leaders at all levels to enhance performance ensuring successful outcomes for patients, physicians, providers, leaders, employees and teams as well as the overall business operations. Cynda has both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and is currently pursuing a coaching designation through the Hudson Institute. A native of Colorado, Cynda is married to her husband, Pat and together they have one adult child, Jonathan, who is currently serving in the United States Navy. Cynda and her husband also raise bucking bulls and in her free time, Cynda enjoys spending time at their ranch in southwestern Oklahoma.
